A teacher-training foundation becomes more useful when you do not separate posture, breathing and concentration into unrelated topics. Jyoti Yoga presents them as connected parts of a single learning process.
Participants who complete the training requirements receive a 50 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate of Completion from Jyoti Yoga. The certificate records the successful completion of this foundation program and can support progression into longer yoga studies.
Scope: A 50-hour foundation certificate should not be presented as equivalent to a 200-hour professional registration. Confirm the exact certificate title and recognition directly before enrolment.
These expectations help protect the learning environment and support consistent participation.
Beginners, regular yoga practitioners, wellness learners and people considering a longer teacher-training program may join. Participation remains subject to health and course guidance.
No prior teacher-training experience is required. Interest in yoga, regular attendance and willingness to learn are important.
This is a foundation course. It introduces teaching skills but should not be treated as equivalent to a complete 200-hour professional teacher-training pathway.
